Return Policy

We aim to delight and satisfy our customers, and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within the guidelines outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, including all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Jewelry altered, resized, or damaged after purchase

 

2. Return Process

Initiate Your Return

  1. Please initiate a Return Request from the Customer Account Page.
  2. Include your Order Reference Number, a list of the item(s) you wish to return (description and price), and the reason for return. (Make certain to include your full contact details including name, email address, and phone number.)
  3. If multiple items were purchased, specify whether it’s a full or partial return.

Shipping Your Return

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including our return address.
  • Please Note: We cannot accept returns without a valid RA number.

After you have received the RA number, please follow these steps:

  1. Securely package the item (per the condition guidelines above) to prevent damage during transit.
    • Include your full contact details, proof of purchase, and the RA number inside the package.
  2. Ship the item back to us at the address provided. We strongly recommend insuring and tracking your package, as Aura Lee’s Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

3. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (with any price difference applied). To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as outlined above.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price.
  • Exclusions: Original shipping fees and any customization fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

5. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, we can offer store credit or an exchange for the value of the item. Please include the gift receipt or original order details when initiating a return.
